A five course programme for non-clinical healthcare administration staff. It covers orientation and responsible AI use, everyday workflow, documents and communication, data and analysis, and checking the quality of AI output. It does not cover clinical decision making.

Who it is for
Healthcare administration managers, insurance-facing administrators, medical-records and patient-data leads, and hospital operations staff. Non-clinical roles only.
What it develops
On completing the programme you can map administrative work against the points where AI output enters it; apply a published verification routine to that output; document AI use in line with records and data-protection obligations; and recognise fabricated output in an administrative context.
