What it develops
After the programme you can prepare citizen-facing documents and council material with sources, run consultations and transparency duties with a checkable record, and keep AI-produced text out of decisions it must not make.

Local government AI: Orientation and decision boundaries
A short course for local government staff: service to the citizen, the reasoning of an administrative decision, the right to information, and the procurement of AI tools.

Training
Local government AI: Operations, documents and services
Municipal operations, documents and services with AI: citizen requests, correspondence, council material, consultation, procurement documentation, registers and the checking of generated text, with the decision kept with the official. Eight lessons; for each about 15 minutes of reading and about 45 minutes of practical exercise, about 8 hours in all.
