Case study · dev.al
One preselection pool, a second client. 16 C# candidates evaluated for dev.al.
The pre-bootcamp assignment sent to 80 applicants in spring 2022 produced more strong candidates than SISAL needed. dev.al took the C# track. We evaluated 16 candidates from the same pool, scored them on 5 dimensions and sent a shortlist on 4 June 2022. The client made its own choice from that list.

The engagement
A small engagement, reported at the size it was.
The 16 candidates evaluated for dev.al came from the 33 best rated in the shared pool, 15 of the 16, and none of them had been placed with SISAL. Each was scored on time taken, exam, attempts, activities and challenges, for totals between 23.6 and 29.8 and an exam mean of 9.4 out of 10.
The shortlist sent to the client and the engagements that followed each involved fewer than 10 people. Under our disclosure rule those figures are withheld rather than rounded. This page reports what can be reported and stops there.
The shared pool
From 80 applicants to a client shortlist.
The first three steps are the same pool that served SISAL. The last step is the dev.al evaluation. The steps after it fall under 10 and are not drawn.

The outcome
What it showed.
One preselection round served two clients with no double placement. 9 weeks separated the first assignment on 31 March from the shortlist on 4 June 2022.
What the client did with the list is the client’s record, not ours. We supplied the evaluated candidates and the scores behind them.
A scored shortlist, not a stack of CVs.
This historical pool supported a second client within weeks and preserved dimensional scores for the client decision. It is not a claim that an equivalent current pool exists.
